Planet Waves Humidipak

This all new, reformulated, patented two-way humidification system maintains 45-50 percent relative humidity which eliminates all maintenance and guesswork . This system is recommended by Taylor guitars and others for maintaining the stability and playability of your instrument.

Tired of adding water to your humidifiers…. worried about drips.. spillage from those things….the humidipak is great… no mush.. no fuss. Take out the old packs…put in the new ones…I live in a very dry climate… so these are absolutely great…and if I try down the road to the coast.. they’re good there too… since they will reduce the amount of humidity if needed, as well as humidifier the air… this is the redesign version. The older one would leak if you used it too long…the substance would rip the delicate lining…I never had a problem, since I didn’t wait until it was rock hard..but apparently others wanted to squeeze that extra day or week. I haven’t experience any problems with this product. I get about 2 months or so of good use. I use my guitar almost daily….if I just stored the thing…I might get three months of use….I would recommend not using it more than two months…not that I’m concerned about leaking, but more so about keeping the humidity at the right level…hey, I love my Martin. If you love your guitar…you can’t go wrong with this product.
